EazyMail is an application that integrates with Gmail to provide an enhanced email management experience. Our App allows you to read, send, and receive emails through your existing Gmail account with improved organization and user interface features.
Important: EazyMail processes your emails to provide the service but does not use your data for advertising purposes. We only access the data necessary to provide the functionality you request. All data processing complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.
To use EazyMail, you must have a valid Gmail account and grant our App permission to access certain Gmail data through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication process. The specific permissions we request are:

We do not warrant that the app will function uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the app.
You understand and agree that your use of the app is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction therein.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
